About Finding Refuge Home Inspections
My name is Matt Baltzer, I am the owner and operator of Finding Refuge. I have been in education for nearly 25 years where I have taught Engineering, Environmental Science, and Biology. During that time I have been involved in remodeling and small home improvement projects for myself and helping others. My family and I have moved several times and each time I find new challenges in home ownership.
I have pursued my home inspection license to be able to provide future homeowners with the best understanding of the investment they are making. I hope to find and educate potential buyers or sellers on any issues that are currently present or may be down the road as they pursue their dream of owning a home.
